Pamela Williams Takes on New Role at United Aviate

Pamela Williams joins United Aviate Academy from Amazon, where she served as Senior Program Manager - Executive Development. In this position, Pam created and implemented training programs for managers while participating in and conducting needs analysis, skills development classes, and leadership training for over 200 managers. Prior to Amazon, Pam spent 32 years at FedEx where she served in various Human Resources and Leadership Education and Development capacities, focusing her work on the facilitation of global leadership education and development as well as training design and delivery.

In addition to her full-time work, Pam is passionate about aviation and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP), is a Member of FAA Women in Aviation Advisory Board, and a Member of IAWA and WIA. She also serves as Chair of the Women's Network.

Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Woodbury University and a master’s degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas. She is a Certified Master Coach, accredited by the Behavioral Coaching Institute, and holds a master's certification in Emotional Intelligence Coaching from The Six Seconds Network.
