Job Summary

The successful Flight Dispatch Coordinator ensures that the dispatch process for Purdue University Flight Operations is conducted in a safe and efficient manner by serving as supervisor/manager and trainer of that process. The Flight Dispatch Coordinator is also responsible for the operational control of the dispatch software, manuals, and forms required for the dispatch process.

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Management and Leadership, or related field 
  • Operational experience of complex systems, including software and human systems            
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
