Deloris (Dee) Martin is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years in the field. She has directed enterprise-wide employee programs such as technical hiring,  STEM programs, and advanced recruitment activities, as well as employee  recognition, professional development, and employee engagement programs.  Martin’s primary focus is to ensure that the employee experience for the current and future workforce represents a well-balanced work culture and maximizes employee contributions to the goals and mission of the organization. In addition  to her professional career, Martin also serves her community; she currently serves  as Standards/Operations Chair for a professional non-profit organization and served as Chair of the Career, Technology, and Education (CTE) Advisory  Committee for a large public school district in Virginia. For her contributions in  public service, Martin has received numerous awards from public and private  organizations, domestic and international. Martin’s recent activities highlight her  passion for creating and promoting educational opportunities for K-12 and college  students. During her career, Martin implemented key programs such as a STEM  Internship Program, a College Exchange Program, STEM Symposiums, and  comprehensive, inclusive K-12 student outreach programs. Martin holds a  Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Public Administration  degree (MPA). She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and is a  certified Human Resource Professional (PHR) through the Society of Human  Resource Management (SHRM). 

Martin was born and raised in the Low Country of South Carolina and now resides in Northern Virginia.
