Pam is a Senior Executive Consultant for Six Seconds in North America, bringing over 33 years of management experience in operations, human resources, and leadership education and development. Her extensive career includes global leadership development, change implementation, and the convergence of best practices. Pam holds a BA in Business from Woodbury University and a Master’s in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

In her role in Leadership Education and Development, Pam spearheaded the integration of Emotional Intelligence into leadership training for a Fortune 500 company on a global scale. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) and was appointed by the Transportation Secretary to the Federal Aviation Administration Women in Aviation (FAAWAI) Advisory Board in October 2019.

Pam is also a Certified Master Coach, accredited by the Behavioral Coaching Institute, and holds a Master Certification in Emotional Intelligence Coaching from The Six Seconds Network. Outside of her professional endeavors, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, reading, mentoring and coaching individuals on being the best version of themselves.
