Rhonda has a proven track record of impactful leadership, inclusive understanding of corporate infrastructure, an enthusiastic comprehension of the aviation industry, and elevated business acumen. Her skills include strategy creation, data analytics, process improvements, and visionary leadership.
Throughout her 19-year United career, she has enjoyed leadership roles in numerous areas of the business… like Operations, Customer Contact Centers, Customer Strategy & Innovation, Vendor Performance, and most recently Global Community Engagement, where she is the Director of Business
Management and Optimization.
Rhonda’s formal education includes Northern Illinois University where she earned her graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication. She also earned her Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt certification and attended online
Harvard Business School to complete her Sustainable Business Strategy certification.
Rhonda serves as the Vice-President for BEACON, United’s Black BRG, and is also a board member for Crisis Community Center. Outside of United, she is an adjunct business professor, and her hobbies include performing arts,
volunteering, playing tennis, and being a self-proclaimed wine aficionado.
