OBAP Ascension Project
The OBAP Ascension Project is a new and improved professional development program for college and graduate students, pilots in training, and young professionals looking to launch a successful aerospace career.
This program provides participants access to a vast network of peers and professionals, as well as opportunities to develop professionally in six skill competency areas; Effective Communication, Leadership & Coordination, Financial Responsibility, Community Engagement, Industry Awareness, and OBAP History & Future.
Former OBAP Collegiate Program chapters can transition to an Ascension Project chapter, while colleges and universities without an OBAP chapter can apply for an Ascension Project charter through a provisional chapter process. Additionally, students or young professionals who are not affiliated with a college or university can join the at-large National Chapter or affiliate groups located throughout the country.
If you're looking to take your aerospace career to new heights, join the OBAP Ascension Project today and gain access to the tools and resources you need to succeed.
