MCTP

Mid-Career Transition Program

OBAP is building a team of experienced professionals to support the launch of its Mid-Career Transition Program, an initiative designed for members moving from non-aviation careers into aviation and aerospace.

Career changers bring valuable skills, professional experience, and new perspectives to our industry. As a program volunteer, you’ll help them translate that experience, understand available career pathways, overcome barriers, and develop a practical plan for what comes next.
